Hi! I’m Michelle. 30-something Canadian scrapbooker, creative mess-maker, daydreamer, introvert, scatterbrain and lover of geeky things.
I am married to Mr. Baxter, my companion of 8+ years:
I have a B.A. in History and a diploma in Applied Museum Studies. I work full-time as a museum registrar by day and at night I try to keep up with my little business of selling digital scrapbooking products at the Lilypad. You can find my store here.
Somewhere in between I make time for my own scrapbooking projects. I discovered digital scrapbooking in 2005 and I was hooked instantly. I’m completely self-taught in Photoshop. I love to experiment with different styles and techniques but in general my best work is usually messy, imperfect, not necessarily on trend. Just . . . quirky I guess.
In the past year I’ve been experimenting with paper scrapbooking, hybrid, Project Life and most recently decorated planners.
Outside of scrapbooking . . . .
I collect novelty t-shirts and
creepy cute dolls. I love puppies, I eat bone broth every single day for breakfast, and I think Nathan Fillion is everything (Browncoat for Life!)
And that about sums me up in a quirky little nutshell!
